Building Description: 
The school was constructed in 1954 of brick and concrete block cavity wall with steel frame and flat built-up roof over insulating board and gypsum deck. 

The exterior walls consist of about one-third glass block and single pane glass operable windows.  The gross area is 13982 square feet and is in fair to good condition.  The school has a kitchen, six classrooms, a boiler room, several offices, two restrooms a supply and janitorial room and a multi-purpose room. 

The ceilings are acoustic block and the walls are brick and painted concrete block with some ceramic tile.  There is a new front entrance into the building.  The roof has been resaturated and is in good condition.  There is new ceiling and lighting in the all-purpose room.

The heating system is by Pacific Steam Boiler with oil burner.  It is a two pipe system operation at 7 1/2 PSI with a condensate return to the boiler.  The boiler is in fair condition.

Electric is 250 amps with rigid conduit wiring.  There is an underground propane tank and an underground oil tank.  The propane supplies gas to the kitchen stove and emergency light generator.  Domestic hot water system is through an oil-fired heater.  The natural gas line runs along Kline Road and is available for possible future use.
